​You may return or exchange items in unused condition within 7 days of receipt. Since YOLOTLI is a small business, returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee unless you would like to exchange your purchased item with another product from our store.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of any returns and exchanges.

Before returning your purchased item please contact us.

Custom Orders take between 10 & 14 business days, will need to be paid in full in advance and are excluded from returns. We will keep you posted on the progress.
